My journey into therapy was a personal one, deeply inspired by some of my closest and most meaningful relationships. These relationships have shaped who I am, how I interact with the world, and what I now bring into my therapeutic space. The experiences I’ve had have solidified my passion for supporting children and youth – helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered. I bring empathy, creativity, and dedication to every session. At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and capable of growth.
Beyond therapy, I have a deep love for music and am a certified classical pianist. I’ve found that art, music, and play can be transformative tools, especially for young clients who struggle to express their emotions with words. My love for music not only shapes how I work but also strengthens my ability to connect with and support my clients in meaningful ways.
I specialize in working with children and youth aged 4 to 21, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, or simply providing a safe, judgment-free space to talk. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where young people feel supported, heard, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.
My approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, narrative techniques, and person-centered practices. As a clinical Traumatologist I ensure my work is always trauma informed.
Therapy is a team effort, and I work closely with families to create treatment plans that align with each child’s development, goals, and strengths. It’s an honour to be part of that journey, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment that stays with them long after therapy ends.
