Cancellation Policy

At CW Therapy we understand that life can throw us some last minute curve balls.  We are here to work with you! 

 

We do, however, hold a very strong 24 hour cancellation policy.  We want to respect your time, that of our clinicians and other clients.  Our clinicians prepare for your session, and often, have a lengthy wait-list of client's willing to fill that spot.  Without enough notice, though, this cannot be done.  Out of respect for all of this a full charge will be placed on sessions that are no-show or cancelled within this 24 hour period.  

 

Found that you got a last minute case of the sniffles? No problem! You're welcome to change your session to virtual!
