My primary focus is to provide support to people who are affected anger management, family conflict or other mental health issues. Whether it’s you who is struggling or someone close to you, I am here to help.
It is my belief, that with the proper support, anyone has the potential to make meaningful changes to their situation and overall wellbeing. In my work with people I’ve observed the potential to which people can heal, build resilience and build their capacity to cope with significant challenges. Please know that if you are someone who feels powerless or even hopeless that things can change, you are not alone.
Together, we can work towards relief from difficult emotions, build new insights, new coping strategies, reclaiming control, and identifying next steps to help you move forward. I use a combination of knowledge and evidence-based practices. Specifically, I integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) into each session.
Great work happens when there is a good relationship between the individual and therapist. Please book a free consultation if you feel that my knowledge and clinical experience may be a good fit you and your needs.
