I am a Registered Social Worker with a passion for child and adolescent mental health. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults who present a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, anger management, low self-esteem, and much more. I believe that with the proper care and resources, every individual has the opportunity to overcome life’s challenges and lead a fulfilling life.
I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to address the primary concerns and increase the child’s socio-emotional functioning and overall well-being. Collaboration is at the centre of my practice. I will work with the parents and child to understand the root issue and fill a toolbox with coping strategies.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment in which the clients and their families feel supported and understood. Every child has their own unique challenges and experiences. Through my client-centred approach to therapy, I ensure every child’s needs are met, voices are heard, and experiences are honoured. I am a part of your journey, and together,
we can work towards reaching your meaningful goals.
