I believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Working with couples and individuals, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to healing. My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgemental creating an environment where you can explore your experiences, strengthen relationships, and foster personal growth.
With specialized training in trauma-informed care, I understand how past experiences shape emotions, behaviours, and relationship dynamics. I will support you through a wide range of challenges, including abuse, anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, family conflict, communication difficulties, self-esteem issues and neurodivergent-affirming support.
My work with couples is rooted in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and attachment-based therapy models. In couples therapy, we will work together to improve communication, break negative interaction patterns, rebuild trust, rekindle intimate connection, enhance emotional responsiveness, foster emotional connection and security, and navigate conflicts in a way that deepens connection and understanding.

Therapy is an opportunity for growth, and I strive to empower you to reconnect with your values, heal from past wounds, and build fulfilling relationships. Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, I am here to help you move toward a more meaningful and connected life.
